There are many health and wellness coaches out there, and it can be overwhelming deciding who to work with. As a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Integrative Wellness Coach, I specialize in helping busy parents and professionals who feel stuck to reduce stress and anxiety, overcome obstacles, and gain clarity and confidence in their ability to do self-care. The coach-client relationship is a personal one, and people choose to work with me for various reasons. First and foremost, my expertise. I’m a learning junkie and have earned many certifications and participated in training with the Andrew Weil Center of Integrative Medicine at Arizona University, SMART Resiliency Training (Stress Management And Resiliency Training, Crisis Counseling with the
Crisis Text Line, well beyond my Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. Meanwhile, my own experiences (as a burned out corporate employee, a healthcare worker in a hospital, and as a caregiver to my father) have provided me with a deep and personal understanding of health and what life can look/feel like when you’re lacking it. 

The Integrative Health and Wellness (IHW) Coaching approach  is personalized, confidential, and client-centered. This method addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, acknowledging your unique capacity for self-healing and the critical role of self-care.

Single Coaching Session

This session is perfect for anyone looking to regain balance and enhance their overall wellbeing, but isn’t sure where to start. We will discover what's most important to you and assess your current state of health and your vision of future health. You will leave the session with a specific goal and a plan to complete the goal.

  • 1 x 90 minute Initial Session

  • Investment: $250 when paid in full (payment plans are available - just ask)

Wellness Transformation: 16 Session Coaching Program

This package is a 4-6 month partnership for those ready for a total transformation and to accomplish 2-3 health goals (adopting a balanced and nutritious diet, improving quality and quantity of sleep, building a sustainable weekly fitness routine, etc).

  • 1 x 75 minute Initial Session

  • 14 x 45 minute Coaching Sessions

  • 1 x 45 minute Closing Coaching Session

  • Investment: $1,492 if paid in full (payment plans are available - just ask)
