If you've had a wellness session with me before, please simply email me your gift voucher number with a few dates and times that work well for you to meet.

If this is your first wellness session together, I look forward to getting to know you!

Initial Wellness Sessions are 60-90 minutes. Click here to learn more about wellness coaching.
Sessions are virtual on zoom or at 1585 Springfield Ave in Maplewood NJ, 07040.
In order to schedule a session, please send me your signed Agreement and Information Form.
At least 24 hours before our session, please complete the VisionMAP and Core Area documents and bring them to your session.

To schedule your session, please email me at liz@lizcoaches.com with your gift voucher number, list a few dates and times that work well for you and confirm if you prefer to meet virtually or in-person. If you are a referral, please let me know who referred you so I can thank them!
